Q;     What payment options do you accept?

A;     For international customers we accept credit cards only (Visa & Mastercard), and for domestic customer we accept credit cards, cheques/money orders and Direct Bank Deposits.

Q;    How long does it take for my item to arrive?

A;    We pride ourself in fast shipping. All our orders are normally shipped the next day unless the item you have ordered is currently not in stock. To enhance your confidence in shopping with us, we have introduced a live-stock-indicator which shows each items stock availability in respective sizes. Generally international orders arrives in 5-10 working days all depending on how quickly customs in your country clears the parcel. For domestic orders, parcels arrives in 1-5 days all depending on your location and shipping method chosen. All shipping options will become available on checkout.

Q;    Do you offer pickup of products, or do you have an outlet we can visit?

A;    At this stage, we do not have a physical store nor do we have pickup facilities. We consider ourself a pure E-Store, and this is also the reason for why we can hold competitive prices and a wide selection of items.

Q;   I want to buy a specific piece of latex clothing, do you have this in mens version?

A;    A lot of our items are considered unisex items. The listing information will state if the item is unisex. The reason for why many latex items are unisex is that material is skin-tight and is meant to reflect the true anatomical shape of a persons body. This is also the reason for why we quite often carry products in size ranges from S to XL+ sizes. Our measurement chart will help you find the specific measures (i.e. chest/bust, waist, hip) you need so that you can compare these with your own measures. Keep in mind though that all measures given are of unstretched items.

Q;    I am unsure about the sizing, how do I determine which size is correct for me?

A;    Our size chart is available from each listing. This comprehensive cart has a convertion from AU/US/EU/UK sizes, as well as measures of the most common parts of your body (i.e. Chest/Bust, Hip). This is for the purpose of compating those measures with your own measures. If you have any difficulties determinen size, please use the contact us function in the left menu, and send us an email with your height, weight, bust/hip/waist measure and we are more than happy to help!

Q;    How much does latex stretch, and should I take this into consieration when buying an item?

A;    Latex generally stretches about 5-8% without putting to much stress on the material. You would want to consider this when selecting your size. For instance, say your real measure over your bust is 93cm. If you are buying a shirt, and the bust measure of the shirt is 96cm for a Medium, and 91cm for a Small, you would normally want to go for the Small as the latex easily stretched 2cm extra and therefore this will provide you with a tigther fit. Some people though do prefer a bit of a looser fit, and obviously then you would go with the larger size.

Q;    How do I make sure that my latex items last as long as possible?

A;    The key to caring for latex lays in using lots of talcum powder when dressing so the garment slips on easily. Also if you have put on an item and you are not happy with the fit, you may need to re-fit it by taking it off and putting it on again. Remember latex is so skin tight, that if the fit is not correct. Also use latex shiner for your products as this will not only give the latex a shiny nice look, but also prevent the products from drying out.
