Return & Shipping Policy

1) All purchases will normally be shipped within the next working day (24 hours) and we pride ourself in fast shipping both nationally and internationally. No product will be shipped before payment is received.

2) If a product is not in stock in our store, the customer will be notified before completing checkout and paying. 

3) RKK Design retails a variety of clothing in which most are classified as underwear. RKK Design does not accept refunds for our clothing items nor do we accept exchanges unless the item is defect as a result of manufacturing error (defect on arrival).

4) In the event an item is defect on arrival, the item will be replaced with an identical item (size/colour), alternatively we will provide a refund if we are unable to provide a replacement item. We may at our discretion provide an exchange or a refund.

5) Before returning a product to us, the customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, and make arrangement to return the item. Item(s) must be received in original packacking and must be unworn.

6) RKK Design cannot be held responsible for damages caused by miuse, wear & tear or insufficient maintenance of latex/leather products.

7) In the case where a customer sends back a product for exchange, RKK Design will cover shipping back to the customer.
